This 30-acre development was funded in part by a 1989 local bond referendum, and in part by a matching State grant secured by the Town of Gibsonville with the assistance of AWCK.
The park contains a fully fenced and lit baseball / softball fields, shelters and picnic areas, a walking / nature trail, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and a large play area. Phase II includes the development of additional ballfields and expansion of the walking/nature trails.
