This 15,000 square foot renovated facility houses the city’s administration offices and support staff, council chambers, offices and support spaces for public works, water and sewer and tax administration. The project serves as an example of adaptive reuse whereas an old mill was converted into local government offices. The renovations of over half of the building’s interior, included a complete exterior facelift, addition of a more spacious main entrance, vestibule and council chambers.
