The 25,000 square foot Kernersville Public Services Building (Hamlin Center) houses the offices and support spaces for the town’s engineering, public works, GIS, street maintenance, water and sewer, and trash collection services. The 2-story building was designed using LEED 2.2 standards, such as water / and daylight harvesting, high-efficiency HVAC and electrical equipment.
