Alley, Williams, Carmen & King, Inc was selected by Commercial Properties Realty Trust to perform the design for mass grading of a 40 acre commercial area, roadway widening of 7,000 linear feet of Old Beatty Ford Road, design of 4500 linear feet of 12” and 8” waterline 1,420 linear feet of 8” sewer outfall included in phase 1, which was completed in 2024. The completed site plan is more than 300 acres near exit 65 on I-85. When completed, the site will include approximately 80,000 square feet of commercial, retail and office, 2,000,000 square feet of warehouse and many single family residential, townhomes and apartments.
