Master plan study explores the renovation of an existing 74,000 square foot facility that was built in 1955 and that is currently occupied by a YMCA recreation center.
The YMCA’s administration pursues a healthier interior building environment and a more energy efficient facility for their present and future membership. The improvements included more office spaces, adding areas for equipment rooms, an aquatic center, and more spaces for after school children.
